Dr.Nizar Haddad, director General of the National Agricultural Research Center ,(NARC), during the graduation ceremony of an advanced workshop on" innovation in administrative jobs" stressed, the center efforts in capacity building and qualifying the staff for innovation and creativity .Worth mentioning that NARC has several patents in administrative, scientific and research fields.Haddad also confirmed NARC willingness to create the required environment for innovation and creativity, brainstorming and discuss innovative methods, and to come up with suitable solutions for different problems or obstacles.
The training involved 20 participants, from different administrative units and covered different related aspects such a stools and techniques of innovation and creativity, methodology of innovation assessment, in addition to practical examples. Noting that such training coincide with the establishment of Agricultural Innovation Incubator at NARC.
