As an exchange from NARC, she got a PHD in Bio system engineering with an A+ rating from Taiwan National University ranked in the top 100 universities worldwide.
She received the ideal employee award of the year 2021 in the first place on the kingdom level of the category of creativity and innovation.
She published tens of scientific papers in referred scientific journals with high impact, and her research are widely cited in the field of environmental science and agricultural sustainability.
She registered a patent in home gray water treatment.
She succeeded in getting grants to fund her research by several international and local entities like FAO, USAID, and PRIMA.
She received the award of the best scientific research in the field of water and environment of the year 2017 from the Jordanian agricultural engineers association in.
She was given the name of excellence ambassador for all of the civil service departments in the field of innovation and creativity
Through her research projects, 6 employees of the centre were sent to get master degrees and 2 were sent to get PHD.
She received the award of distinguished agricultural scientific paper in Jordan for the year 2016.
She represented Jordan in tens of international and regional conferences related to water, environment and agriculture.

She currently is managing research projects on an international, regional and local level related to sustainable resource management, eco system services, uses of non-conventional water, climate change, smart agriculture and digital applications.
